Kamkoutis Vineyard

Our family’s winemaking story began over 100 years ago in Velvento, Kozani, where our grandparents cultivated vineyards with passion and passed down their love for wine through generations. Today, as the 3rd and 4th generation, we continue this tradition on our privately owned vineyards, with the goal of preserving it for our children.

Our winery, established in 2004 just outside Velvento, combines traditional knowledge with modern techniques to produce high-quality PGI Velvento wines that reflect the unique microclimate of the region. Nestled between the Pieria Mountains and Polyphytos Lake at 400m altitude, our vineyards benefit from constant breezes, excellent drainage, and diverse soils—ideal conditions that have supported viticulture here since ancient times.
