Founded in 1983 by Soteris Vasiliou, the current Managing Director and President, Hartziotis Trading Co. Ltd. has grown into a trusted family-owned food and beverage distributor in Cyprus, serving both residents and the island’s vibrant tourist market. From the beginning, the company strategically selected premium brands to meet the needs of both retail and hospitality sectors. Today, Hartziotis Trading exclusively represents reputable international brands, which have become popular across Cyprus.

Over the years, the company implemented effective sales and marketing strategies, steadily expanding its presence and establishing itself as a key player in Cyprus’ food and beverage market. In the past decade, Hartziotis has strengthened its on-trade (HORECA) distribution, providing wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, specialized wine shops, and hotels. The HORECA segment continues to grow, contributing significantly to the company’s success.

Today, Hartziotis Trading serves all major supermarket chains, as well as medium and small retail outlets such as convenience stores, bakeries, and independent supermarkets throughout Cyprus. The company also maintains a strong presence in tourist hotspots, capitalizing on opportunities from the millions of visitors who come to Cyprus each year.

The company’s head offices and 2,000 m² warehouse are located in the strategically positioned Nicosia Industrial Area, with easy access to the motorway connecting all major cities of Cyprus. With a dedicated team of over 20 employees, Hartziotis Trading ensures reliable, timely distribution of premium food and beverage products to retail and HORECA clients across the island.
